Located in the midst of busy Bangsar, Jaslyn Cakes is a small bakery shop that sells delicious cakes like Mango Shortcake, Red Velvet and Earl Grey Chiffon Cake. Even though only a limited choice of cakes is offered daily, the taste and quality of the cakes wouldn’t disappoint you!

The owner of the bakery Jaslyn was trained at one of the finest culinary schools in the world – Le Cordon Bleu London. This bakery was founded in Bukit Mertajam, Penang in 1998 and was the only bakery in the neighbourhood which sold baked fresh bread loaves for households. As time passed, the mouthwatering fresh bread became a hit and since then has gained fame and established more than 150 stores throughout Asia! Impressive, right?

OMG, I love this cafe! From its Instagramable interior and cosy environment to the pastries that are worth to die for! Personally, I’m head over heels for their salted egg yolk treats: you must try their Salted egg cronuts and Salted egg yolk croissant doughnuts! The salted egg cronuts are so good they disappear in an instant. And you can only purchase 4 cronuts per person.

Although this bakery is known for its pastries and choices of bread, Dotty’s also serves amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try their delicious salted egg soft shell crab spaghetti or any of the soups or salads.

If you’re not doing anything this weekend, drop by at Dotty’s for quick brunch or afternoon tea time. Simply the best bakery in PJ!

This bistro cum bakery offers Japanese-style bread, pastries, and savouries such as white sesame cookies, lemon cranberry cube cake, and soft toast. Prepared using high-quality products, mostly imported from Japan while other essential baking items are imported from Australia, Belgium, and France.

Since its first outlet opened in Langkawi in 2006, the bakery has been constantly gaining popularity and now there are more than ten outlets in Malaysia. I would totally recommend this bakery for breakfast as the bread and pastries are the freshest and the cafe itself smells just yummy.

P.S. My favourite is the cranberry cheese, perfect for a quick snack!
