T: A short bio about yourself, A 3-4 lines that best describe you, what you do for a living and so…
A: Currently I’m working as an Advocate and Solicitor in Batu Pahat, Johor, but I will quit my job by the end of this year because I want to live my dream to travel the world and become a full-time traveller start from this mid-January 2018.

T: Where have you been?
A: So far I have been to Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei and the Philippines.

T: What’s your favourite place so far? Why?
A: Generally, my favourite country is the Philippines. To be specific, I can say Manila is my favourite place so far. That is why I have been there 4 times. The Philippines is undeniably beautiful in term of its nature, but the reason I fall in love with the country mainly because of its people. Filipinos are friendly, kind, and generous…It feels like home whenever I’m in the country.

T: One unforgettable travel experience or incident that sticks in your mind…?
A: It was during my very first time travelling to a foreign country- Indonesia. With zero knowledge about travel, I booked my flight ticket. Once I arrived at the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, I went blank as I didn’t know what to do. So I decided to approach an Indonesian traveller, Basuki. He took me around and helped me to plan my trip. I had the best time ever, all thanks to him.

When I arrived at my hostel in Jakarta, I met another traveller from Kuala Lumpur. We spent that night roaming around Jakarta. He shared his amazing travelling experiences. Since then, I am addicted to travelling!

T: What was the most challenging thing about travelling?
A: Finding halal food is one of the most challenging things especially when you travel to a country where the Muslims are the minority.

T: What place is top of your bucket list?
A: Iran-Pakistan border crossing in between Zahedan, Iran and Quetta, Pakistan. It is an epic yet dangerous border crossing. Even though it is dangerous, it might be an unforgettable experience in life.

T: One advice for travellers?
A: Ask yourself what is your purpose and intention to travel. Travelling is not a lifestyle. Do not waste your money to travel just to brag about it on your social media. Traveling is a good way to gain experience, gain knowledge and make more friends.
