T: A short bio about yourself, A 3-4 lines that best describe you, what you do for a living and so…
K: My name is Kamarul Anuar, I love to run and travel. I’m an IT manager in one of the biggest cooperative banks in Malaysia. I would love to travel alone but I’m easily bored and thinking ” how on earth do I get a good picture if I travel alone” always make me choose to travel in a group.

T: Where have you been?
K: I have been to UK (London, Liverpool, Manchester) Paris, Istanbul, Makkah (Jeddah, Madinah), Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Indonesia (Jakarta, Bandung), Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok, Krabi), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto), Hongkong, Macau, Australia (Perth) and all over Malaysia including islands such as Tioman, Pangkor, Redang, Perhentian, Langkawi.

T: What’s your favourite place so far? Why?
K: I believe it would be Istanbul because of the view and the Islamic civilization. I love the mosque and the historical landmark. You can feel the power of Islam civilization.

T: One unforgettable travel experience or incident that sticks in your mind…?
K: It would be the time that I missed the Eurostar train from Paris to London. I was not aware of the time difference so the train left without me.

T: What was the most challenging thing about travelling?
K: When you travel with your family especially your mum, the list of items she wants me to bring is simply endless.

T: What place is top of your bucket list?
K: Canada, Swiss, Russia and Iran.

T: One advice for travellers?
