CASE STUDY

Company Travel Arrangements For Top Management

Client consists of a group of management (including CEO, Managing Director, President and Senior Management) of a multinational company listed on the stock exchange. The top c level management will travel together with the chairman to the United States for an exhibition and a trade deal. Client requested an end to end solution, handling all components of the trip.

Visa: a visa to the US was needed for 3 pax
Solution: The application process for the US visa was facilitated by our dedicated staff.

Flights: Multi leg and Multi destination flight booking with different schedules for each participant on One World airlines
Solution: Our dedicated staff facilitated the booking and booked a flight to the United States via Malaysia Airlines and American Airlines with short stopover in Japan. Both airlines are members of One World.

Hotels: Hotel booking, pre-arrange halal food options, pre-pay hotel and pre-authorize for any incidentals consumed during guests stay (so that guest does not need to pay themselves). Client prefer a Marriot brand.
Solution: Our dedicated staff facilitated the booking and arranged several rooms in different categories, including a suite at the Ritz Carlton with pre-arranged halal food, pre-paid hotel and pre-authorization for any incidentals consumed by clients

Ground Arrangements: airport transfers. Car stand-by service for each day. 1 minibus and 1 town car. Pre-arrange and pre-pay all transportation.
Solution: Our dedicated staff facilitated the booking and arranged the airport transfer with stand-by service for each day, with different car types as requested, a Mercedes Vito and a Cadellac Sedan.

Itinerary was also prepared for each traveller with their own set of flight tickets and hotel vouchers as well as emergency contact details.
