Dear Tripfezroamers! Are you afraid to be adventurous? To travel the world on your own? Well, don’t be! You should definitely read Prashantan experiences and we hope somehow it’ll inspire you guys to be a fearless traveller too.
T: What you would want to be known for besides travelling and being a plane engineer? (That no one knows about you)
P: Well, I guess I want to be known for as an adrenaline junkie freak. I crave for the adrenaline rush that makes me feel alive.
T: What inspires you to take the train or any other form of transport despite having the luxury benefiting free flight tickets from the company you work for?
P: Inspiration comes from those people who have done it, their journey and their story makes me want to experience it myself.
T: What excites you more while travelling? Meeting new people? Experiencing a new culture? Adventure? Or any other…
P: It’s always about the journey, never about the destination. As you always experience and learn something new along the way and every trip is never the same, even though you have been to the same place more than once.
T: Your best travel incident/story that might inspire others to travel too
P: It’s hard to pick one when you have so many (incidents/stories) to talk about. Well, I guess I’ll have to go with what happened at the Everest Base Camp. As average Malaysian boys, we did something many would only talk about doing. Trekking to Everest Base Camp is not as hard as it may seem, no doubt you got to save and be fit for the trip but the experience of meeting other travellers, and sharing their life stories, spending alone time with yourself (it’s hard to get alone time in this fast-paced world) and to simply just enjoy what mother nature has to offer makes the trip worthwhile. I’ve always encouraged people of all ages and walks of life to travel, be it near or far. You would also learn about your partner or travelling buddies more during this period.
